RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@greatmsteacompany.com we will review your return and work out a product replacement or your money back within 60 days of a purchase with us.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship via USPS, and we are not responsible for any delays by USPS. Some exceptions to shipping times apply during a brief vacation period after Christmas, but customers will be notified prior to purchase.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING:

Yes we do! For overseas shipping, please email us at info@greatmsteacompany.com with what you would like to order. We will email you back with the shipping cost and you can decide if you would like to continue with the purchase from there.
